For the welcome event and rehearsal dinner: breathable linen, sundresses, light trousers, short-sleeve button-downs and polished sandals or loafers.
Beach Formal / Elegant Beach Attire
Flowing gowns and elegant dresses, light suits or dressy linen with a jacket. Choose breathable fabrics for a warm June evening, and block heels or wedges for the garden.

The resort requires every wedding guest to book through our group to be counted in our headcount and attend the private wedding events. Rooms booked on Expedia, other travel sites or the hotel website can’t be added to our group.

Flights
Fly into PUJ
Book flights into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), about 30 minutes from the resort.
As soon as your flights are booked, text or email Priscilla your arrival and departure flights into and out of Punta Cana. Connecting flights don’t matter.
Airport transfers
Getting to the resort
- Shared, round trip: $25 per adult, $12 per child (3–12)
- Private, round trip: $85 per vehicle, up to 6 people
Add transfers when you book with Priscilla. A representative will meet our group at the airport with a sign.
Cancellations
If plans change
If you cancel before March 31, 2027, you lose your $200 per person deposit. From March 31, 2027 on, payments are non-refundable.
Need to change who’s traveling or your room? Contact Priscilla as early as possible.
Peace of mind

We strongly recommend it. Add it when you book, since it can’t be added later, and ask Priscilla which plan fits you.
Before you go
Travel checklist
- Passport: make sure it’s valid for your whole trip, and that the names you give Priscilla match it exactly.
- Dominican Republic e-Ticket: a free online entry and exit form required for every traveler. Complete it at eticket.migracion.gob.do a few days before each flight.
- Flight details: text or email them to Priscilla as soon as you book.
- Credit card: the resort may place a hold at check-in for incidentals.
- Pack: reef-safe sunscreen, bug spray, swimwear, beach business casual for Friday and Saturday, and Beach Formal attire for the wedding.

Catamaran & snorkeling
Sail along the coast, snorkel the reef and stop at a sandbar. A classic group outing.
Scape Park & Hoyo Azul
Zip lines, caves and a swim in Hoyo Azul, a turquoise pool at the foot of a limestone cliff.
Buggy & ATV tours
Muddy, fun rides through the countryside to a cave pool and local coffee and cacao tastings.
Altos de Chavón
A recreated 16th-century Mediterranean village above the Chavón River, with views, galleries and an amphitheater.

Can I book my room on Expedia or the hotel website?
Please don’t. To be counted in our wedding headcount and attend the private wedding events, the resort requires every guest to book through our travel agent, Priscilla Sam-Ghartey: 240-743-6577 or psgharteygroup@gmail.com.
How much is the deposit, and when is it due?
$200 per person, due by November 1, 2026. It holds your spot in our room block.
When is final payment due?
By March 31, 2027, which is also the last day to book. Ask Priscilla about payment plans.
What if I need to cancel?

Yes, children are welcome! Families should book the Family Club One Bedroom Suite, the suite in our block that allows children.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes, there will be an open bar for all of our guests.

Yes. We’re happy to accommodate most allergies and dietary needs. Please let us know in advance.

Do I need a passport?
Yes. Bring a passport valid for your whole trip, and complete the Dominican Republic’s free e-Ticket entry and exit form at eticket.migracion.gob.do a few days before each flight.
Do I need to send Priscilla my flights?

What’s the weather like in June?
Warm and sunny, usually in the upper 80s °F, with humidity and the occasional short afternoon shower.
What currency is used? Do I need cash?
The local currency is the Dominican peso, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. The resort is all-inclusive, so a little cash for tips and a credit card for incidentals is plenty.
